Ratcheting belt works as advertised, but it took a bit to get used to the release lever. Once I did, it works like a dream. pay attention to the belt length. It's very accurate, but not the size I was expecting. I'm about a 38" waist, but based on the belt length, I was a medium. that's what I ordered and it is perfect. I liked it so much, I now have one in black and brown.

This is an absolute winner. I find myself utilizing the ratchet thru out the day. The ratchet system allows you an infinite amount of adjustment rather than one inch at a time that you have with a standard belt so, after eating, after putting your shirt tail in, taking a walk, working around the yard or playing sports, you can easily adjust it for and "exact" fit just by pushing the belt forward thru the ratchet. No unbuckling required. It takes less than 3 seconds to adjust or remove. The 1,25 width is perfect for the belt loops on your trousers. Perfect for casual pants, especially blue jeans. I recommend having several of these in your wardrobe.
