[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my mixer to this one and I am so amazed. I use it at least 3 times a week. It is so powerful, the mixing time is cut by at least 25%, has enough power to kneed several batches of bread dough. Just be careful when you start this up, it starts slow, but I was shocked at how quickly it comes up to speed. First time I used it, I got covered in flour. LOL....but it was most certainly one of the best purchases for my kitchen.

Some somewhat disappointed so far..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave my 20 yr old tilt head 4.5qt mixer to my son and granddaughter. Miss it, was excited to get a larger mixer for bigger batches for homemade cakes I make. It makes a loud, tinny noise, definitely not as quiet. My first cake did not mix up as well, softened butter did not get creamy but little chunks,didn't want to over beat my batter. Haven't used it again yet. Plan to call the company during weekly business hours, wish there were weekend hours!
