Excellent, I have purchased these same pants for my husband several times for his work, he loves them, they wear well, he wore the last pair for a year before I had to replace them they are comfortable he says, I say excellent, durable and at a great price.

I honestly was not sure if I wanted to purchase this product. i compared this item against other brand name pants similar to this item. what concerned me simply because it was about $17 cheaper. After reviewing many items, I choose to purchase this item. I'm very glad I did. Excellent Excellent item. Waist size, length, the material, and color was perfect. The only issue I have is I can't find other color pants from this seller in my size and then color. But, please don't let that prevent you from purchasing this item. Please consider this, I am only going to wear this item to church and other occasions similar. I can not rate this item for someone who will wear this item on a regular basis. But, the material and stitching seems excellent.
