I was able to easy reach into my jacket pocket for money at the store with the Totes Rain Poncho on. *I've used it a couple of times and is still looks/feels brand new. Poncho is hanging on a door in pic after me using it today. I'll fold it up into a square and place it back in the net bag it came with for storage.
