Know what your buying before purchasing.

For the price of this butcher block, I think that the wood could have at least been sanded a little better than it was. Since I had to finish the block before using it, it took me a lot of time and energy to get what I needed from the block. I knew I was getting unfinished and that is what I intended for but I thought that it was sanded way better for me to get it finished quicker.
