The Clinere&reg; Carbamide Peroxide Earwax Removal Kit is an easy to use, safe and gentle at-home solution to help remove earwax build-up &amp; regain clearer hearing. The Clinere&reg; Carbamide Peroxide Earwax Removal Kit is a simple method for loosening earwax with the carbamide peroxide drops, and then using Clinere&reg; Ear Cleaners to help clear away the softened wax. The Clinere&reg; Carbamide Peroxide Earwax Removal Kit works by softening and loosening earwax. When drops are placed in the ear, the carbamide peroxide will release oxygen, which will begin to foam, breaking down the earwax. Once broken down, earwax can be removed using the Clinere&reg; Ear Cleaner tool: its flexible spoon end will help scoop away earwax and debris from the entrance area of the ear canal and outer surfaces of the ear, while its flexible finned end will allow to gently scrape, clean the ear, and relieve itch. FOR USE IN THE EAR ONLY. Adults and children over 12 years of age: tilt head sideways and place 5-10 drops into each ear canal. Tip of applicator should not enter ear canal. Keep drops in ear for several minutes by keeping head tilted or placing cotton in ear. Use twice daily for up to four days if needed, or as directed by doctor. The drops worked very well.  The earwax was softened and easily irrigated.

The solution in this kit is great. I use a few drops and lay on my side for a few minutes before placing a cotton round against my ear and tilting my head to drain. It softens any normal wax. I cannot say how it performs for hard, dried. excessive wax issues. The ear cleaning tools in the kit are, meh, okayish. They are a little too soft and flexible to manage control over. Gentle use of a qtip was more effective. If you do not have an ear cleaning bulb for rinsing, you might want to consider picking one of those up or choosing a kit that includes one. You really want a good rinse after using this solution. I took away 1 star for the coated feeling left behind without having a bulb.

the one delivered to me was already opened, the four scoops are missing

My order was just dropped off.  I find this product was open and im missing 2 ear tools plus some. There are only 2 options in my mind on this situation either. The shopper took it upon himself to open and use 2 of these tools on his way to drop my orders off orr. purchased a damage box. Either i can get reimbursed for this situation or get a better product.
Never in my life have i used this product nor would i sit here and lie about not using such a thing. The instruction manual is gone too.  Not only that i tipped the driver 5 dollars not knowing that i had my product used. Im sad about it man fr fr.

Very concerned

It worked great the first day. I only used it once because it was later in the day. Went to use it again and my ear HURTS!!! Definitely avoid this and get Debrox. Horrible product.
