This item was great, it came in perfect condition, no cracks and it came with a screen protector. Perhaps peoples mailmen were a bit to careless with there packages but it is great and i have been using this for about a month, and i gotta say it works perfectly and it looks like it isnt even refurbished because it looks like its brand new. 5 stars!

So far so good. I received it fast. It's in great condition. It looks like new phone. I haven't  activated it yet. Will be using straight talk since it's for a child to replace iPhone 7. It came with screen protector. Hopefully I have no problems activating it. Will update if I do

The service deliver fast, Device itself speedy and efficient. The only thing is I purchased the wrong one I wanted a unlock iPhone 14 or pro 13

Love it but…

Bought as a back-up device. Device looks almost new with no visible scratches or defects. No issues with functioning so far. Battery max capacity is at 84% but its to be expected for this device. Comes with pre installed screen protector and non apple charger. Best value purchase! I highly recommend this seller.

Good it has tiny scratches on the back but but that's all I can say overall it's pretty good I don't have any more complains about it works completely fine it was already set up for me I just had to download my apps and everything that was fine everything works no complaints just  the scratches back but I can care of that with my case thank you.

I'm not sure what they did to refurbish this as there is a crack on the home button, a crack across the front facing camera, and the battery life is a max of 82%. They didn't change the battery or repair the cracks. There is also a void sticker over the bottom or somebody messed with the screws. There is dirt in the volume on and off switch, as well as in the speakers. I bought refurbished phones for my kids in the past. This is the worst quality refurbishment I have seen.

This phone looks like they pulled it out of a dirty teens room and stuck it in the box. It was visibly scummy on the back, scratched al on the front and had some gritty stuff in the speakers along with something blue, idk. Very disappointed. Especially now a days with the corona virus, I'm disgusted and will be placing a call later when I have a moment. Unacceptable. But does turn on. Says tested by, are they that lazy they can't wipe it down?  Or even replace the screen all scratched up?  And of course it took a while to get to me so idk if I'll even have time before Christmas to get a different one. Guess that's what I should expect from walmart

Might work, but dirty af

Im so disappointed with this item and the seller I had already request a return request since phone came in a definitely unacceptable condition. Seller are supposed to call me in 48 hrs and that was 5 Days ago . Im so mad $180 dollars for getting a bad phone No No No Never buying from a third party from Walmart and from this seller... Does anyone know their customer service number? This is my second review I guess they don't want me to spread the true about it.
