I bought timber tech radiancerail Express for deck and stairs. Half the packages were missing the mounting hardware kits. I knew after the second box I opened which of the remaining would also be missing because the end of the box where the hardware kits are placed, was damaged and taped together. Can't blame this on the distributor because I used more than one. This is definitely a problem with how timbertech packages them in the first place
