This brand has consistently made good and convenient yellow rice for years. I've been buying them for as long as I can remember, and the small bags fit easily into my 2 cup rice cooker. I also add a smidge of olive oil and a diced clove of garlic and it is always fluffy and delicious. The amount of seasoning in every bag is perfect. I have had people say they mix a can of rotel with the larger bag when they cook, and it does sound tasty but I have not tried it. The yellow rice is good as a side or even in tacos or burritos. Just buy some!
