I must admit, I was a little nervous after my purchase when reading the reviews. Especially, the negative reviews about the grinder. With that said, I am coffee enthusiast and know enough to be dangerous. From a past experience with a stand alone grinder I learned that the coffee beans matter. You do not want coffee beans that have a shiny film on them as this will clog your grinder. For this new machine I purchased espresso beans from a local roaster and it is like having my own little barista shop in my home. My recommendation to anyone purchasing this machine, buy espresso beans from a local roaster, not flavored or store bought coffee beans. This will give you the best chance for success.

The machine is aesthetically beautiful. That's the best feature. I read the instructions and downloaded the app prior to use. The water pressure and temperature is inconsistent. The machine leaks water from the bottom of the machine after every use. For the price, I expected better design and more consistency.
