I began eating beef jerky for added protein and a snack after weight-loss surgery. I love Jack Links because they have a variety of flavors for those who like to change it up a bit. I'm more of a routine eater I love the sweet and spicy the most and will opt for peppered and just add a little raw honey drizzle. one small packet can serve as lunch or dinner or a snack calories are under 300 for entire bag so snacking on it all day keeps you within reason.

POSITIVE - Great taste good quality overall delicious NEGATIVE - the amount of jerky contained in each package packaged amount is not enough for the cost.
