I haven't used it very much yet as I have bought it to use in our motor home. I was pleased when I took it out of the package as it was very light and much smaller than my other pot, which is what I hoped for. I have just tried using the sauté, slow cook and pressure cook in my kitchen to cook recipes that I often cook. I was very pleased with the results and think it should work really well in my motor home.

I bought this specifically to make yogurt. I use it 2 to 3 times a week. 3qts is the perfect size for a small batch of beans, stews, rice, and of course yogurt without baking too much. it stays on the counter, I use it that much.
