Highly upset. Bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter. in the description it says new, clearly is not, especially once you look at the photos provided. Also the chromebook did not come in its original computer box. It was bubblewrapped, then placed in a USPS box, then placed in a black bag that was dropped off by UPS. I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID
