verybtrue what everyone states- it cooks fast and in a blink.of an eye it is over done.. buying great value cornmeal really keeps the crust tender inside while giving it a crunch on the bottom..We have had great luck with Walmarts bakery french bread- canned mushrooms and shaved steak seared in rhe pizza oven using lodge cast iron - a bag of shredded mozz- mayo with montreal steak seasoning...the end game a yummy toasted steak sub- a three step process in the pizza oven so good so cheap..we are hooked.. we love it-we bought a second pizza oven in case we wear the first out- fortunate enough to pay 97.00 each WOW ..the deep dish blackstone accessory is used for multiple meals and worth the cash- yummy cakes- and even steaks..chicken- stuffed pork chops..THE POWERFUL HEAT IS GREAT FOR SEARING. I THINK WE ARE EATING MUCH HEALTHIER WITH USING 3-4 INGREDIENTS..LESS PROCESSED FOOD.. EASY %26 -COST EFFICIENT

The thing is solid. It gets real hot, real fast and is a pleasure to use. assembly is a breeze and learning curve is ideal. crank it to preheat then turn it down after you launch. you need a peel. Don't launch a pizza without a peel. When they say ready in two they aren't kidding. Two minutes is not long enough to fetch a peel. you'll need one in hand. I use it in tandem with my cold smoker. You will love a Hawaiian pizza from this oven. Crispy crust. This tabletop oven is easy to transport.
