Great Quality

The griddle performs well and is made of quality materials. The cooking service is large and well designed. The grease cup is well thought out, I do wish there was a way to secure it to the frame as it tends to come off when you remove the fabric cover. The standard 28” Griddle with Hood Cover fits well. This model does not come with wind guards, and I think you will need them as the shelves tend to get hot. Unfortunately none are specifically designed for the 28XL but the normal 28” after market ones are adequate. After about 3 uses I noticed a little paint chipping off the hood but everything else looks like it will last a lifetime.
