There isn't many things this blender can't do. I love making homemade soups, dressings, sauces, the list goes on. It is also awesome for desserts like milkshakes, smoothies, and whipping up egg whites for meringue or whipping heavy cream for whipped cream. It is the most used appliance in my kitchen.
