Dometic 9600006281 Patrol Ice Chest - 55 Qt.

I finally got an opportunity to use my cooler on a camping trip this past weekend for the first time. I filled it with 30 pounds of ice and was disappointed to see that more than half the ice was melted within the first 12 hours. By the second morning it was down to cold water. Food that was supported in the basket was not kept cold enough and went bad. Compared to the far more expensive brands, I think it still offers value based on price alone, but doesn't seem to perform the same. I chose Dometic purely because of their active involvement and support of outdoor recreation.
