I would rate zero if I could. Upon arrival, product packaging looks fake. Apparently the adapter insertion plug tip must have broken off or something after first time plugging it into cup just to try it out. Second time trying to use the cup the adapter plug (cup end) will no longer stay inserted into the cup (the cup end insertion point is not bent like I assumed). Plug tip will not stay inserted into the cup. Absolutely worthless! Trying to purchase this kind of DC 12V adapter plug separately costs more than the cup if you can find or even available. If you expect this to boil water like their ad states, it doesn't. Box says it only heats to 60 degrees max.
