I wear these inside my running shoes! I won't buy running shoes without taking a pair of these with me and putting them in the selections. I have tried a different insole for "athletic support" and it didn't measure up. They quit carrying these in the store & I was thrilled to find them online.

I chose these insoles for my son. He works in a grocery store and is on his feet all day. He had been complaining about his feet hurting him. He tried these out and the next day he asked me to get another pair so he would have them when he needed them. These insoles are giving him the support he needs to keep him comfortable when standing all day. I especially like that they have memory foam. He said these insoles are keeping his feet from hurting. He has used these for about a week now and they are working well for his needs. He wears these in his sneakers.

Soft Gel memory Foam insoles are easy to cut to fit your size. They do stay in place inside your shoe and do not slip. I recommend these.

While these shoe inserts are claimed to be a "complete orthotic" product, I found it to be lacking at least one feature I value in the "Dr Scholls "Knee All-day Pain Relief Orthotics" I had hoped that this item could substitute for.

lots of cution but takes up considerable space inside the shoe. Still it helps with heel pressure and pain. So long as you can loosen the shoe so it doesnt squeeze the foot. I also have nerve damage making my feet more sensitive to that tightness so maybe for normal feet its ok... idk.

I bought these on sale for around $7, and I'm glad i'm not out anymore money. These insoles lasted about 6 months. Also, they make a squish noise when I would walk which was annoying. I do not recommend these insoles.

I am not in love with these insoles. I needed new insoles for my work boots bc my current ones were just worn out. I work on a dock, walking on cement, concrete, and metal all day long. i took my old ones out of my boots and inserted these. They were comfy enough at first but after a couple hours my toes started getting sore. Yep, blisters. I have never had a break in period for insoles before so immediately I am not a fan. Apparently my feet are too sensitive for these. I would not recommend these.
