This is a very sweet story! The book is hardbound so it's easy to clean. The graphics are great, colorful, and simple language for toddlers to understand, It was bought for my grand baby's birthday. It's smaller than usual, it's 4 1/2 - 6 in. pocket size, which I like, easy for smaller hands to hold. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend.

This was a childhood favorite of mine and I shared it with my Kindergarten and first grade classes as well. I bought the board book to include in an Operation Christmas Child shoebox with other items. This is great for the three to seven year old age group. The youngest can listen to it while the older ones can read it on their own.

I loved this book growing up and wanted our baby on the way to enjoy it when she arrives. I didn't realize when purchasing that this edition is a tiny board book, so just a heads-up for others to double-check before ordering. The story itself is the same and still wonderful, I just wish the format were different

Our favorite book! I love this story.

The book is smaller than I expected and is shortened from the original story. I didn't realize it was a shortened classic one. That is my fault I'm guessing. Cute story though.

Thought I was ordering the normal size book, My child really wanted the book for her birthday. We received it in the mail and it's a mini book. The description online did not indicate this information!
