Bunk bed is great. The only problem is we contracted through Walmart to have the bed put together. They subcontracted with Angi. Person came and built but threw away the instructions. We have now sent three emails to Euroco and have have had two lengthly chats with Walmart and we can't get a copy of instructions. Walmart said in first chat they would reach out to Euroco and get back to us and never did.

My kids love their new bunk beds. We've had one before, but I ended up separating the two beds into separate twin beds for awhile. But my daughters wanted their bunk beds back and this one was perfect. They like the stairs on the side with shelf space to keep their toys, which their old bunk beds didn't have. It only took my husband about 2 hours to put together Overall very pleased.

Amazing bunk bed! Perfect for toddlers. Extremely well built. The directions were clear and not complicated. Assembly took several hours with two people, but it was a simple proccess. The height is perfect for my four year old. The gray color is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Had a hard time assembling it, but i was drinking wine soo its doable even when drunk lol, my kids love it! its looks good and its safe and not as high as other bunkbeds. 10/10

The price is right on this sturdy set of bunkbeds! We purchased these beds for our grandchildren, and the appeal was the stairs at the end of the bed versus the ladder situation. The bed was relatively easy to put together and also was exactly as pictured in the advertisement. We price similar beds and they were over $600 for comparable models and we're very excited to see the price on these!

It took my husband 2-3 hours to assemble. He said it's pretty easy, it just took a while because he has to get down on his knees and put together the little stuff? Idk because I hate assembling things. My 2 boys loves it, i love it, and apparently a lot of other people loves it too since i posted it on my fb. We got the gray one. What we love the most is the stairs. Very easy to get up and down without hurting your feet with one of those standard thin ladders. This looks expensive! I highly recommend this.

Had multiple pieces that were damaged. No straight forward way to replace them from the manufacturer. Luckily I was able to repair them enough to finish assembly. If it gets to you undamaged, it's not a bad piece of furniture for kids.

Missing a whole box only delivered half the package no telling when I will receive the other piece extremely aggravated and disappointed and get no help from customer care. They could honestly care less.
