Due to thyroid issues, and not being able to take NP thyroid, or the other, due to side effects and allergies...I am having more energy,.and not as tired. I am starting to have a schedule for my sleep, now. Nothing else worked, now I don't feel like I am dying... 😂

This Selenium is excellent especially for the price. Everyone is different and do are your specific needs. I would highly recommend if you see improvement this is for you, if you don't see improvement give it some more time or try something. Keep looking until you find what your body needs

Recommendation is based on the price of the item. I have no way of knowing if it's actually doing me any good or not. Trust the science? (Hah!) The main problem with this item is that Walmart is often out of it when I shop for it. But it is easy to swallow and has no bad taste.

Difficult to review. I heard it would be beneficial to supplement my diet with this product. Whether or not it's truly making a difference I am unsure. However I'm going to move forward with it with the assumption it is helping my overall health and bodily function.

according to the email I received, one supplement (selenium ) would arrive by 10:30 am. I have checked around my property - nothing. I checked the photo showing where it was left and I do not recognize the area. I left detailed instructions with the delivery stating which house, its location in the neighborhood, what color it was, which door (under the carport) to leave the package at. So far every time I've ordered from Walmart, sometime has gone wrong with receiving the orders or deliveries.
