I had to order for a size up, twice, for my 6 year old daughter. She wears size 12 so I started with 13, however we could not get her foot in at all. The tongue does not flex so we couldnt get the shoe over the top of her foot. I set up return. that was very quick and easy. Was refunded right away so I reorded the size 1. These do fit well with a little toe room. Very cute design. She says they are very comfy and supportive on her feet.

Got these for my daughters sixth birthday she loves them and has worn them almost everyday since. between the bright colors and the sparkles she is one very happy girl.
