I normally don't review an item this soon, considering I just got it today, however I assembled it and used it already. For the price I paid, I am extremely impressed with this grill. I don't know what the other complaints are about. Maybe people don't know how to put a grill together but if you follow the instructions properly, it only takes about an hour and a half to assemble and I mean from out of box to outside and grilling. My plan was to use it for tomorrow's memorial Day feast but I decided to give it a try and made a hotdog on it today. I love the cast iron grates and for those who are asking what the chain is for, if your electronic igniters ever fail in the future, it's a match holder. Make sure you get a grill cover! Aldi sells them at the beginning of the season for 9.99. LOVE this grill. Looking forward to years of great food. Out with the old rusty crap in with the new pretty grill. Handy secret when assembling, use a socket wrench to put the wheels on even though it says adjustable wrench 14 mm. I can't imagine how an adjustable wrench would fit inside that space to get the wheels on snuggly. LOVE this grill.

Assembly was done by a single person albeit there are a lot of parts and a helper would be recommended when lifting to main body on to the base.

Really nice looking grill. Had the 3-burner Expert Grill for a few years but finally upgraded. Really like the way Expert Grill ignites the burners built into each knob - not a fan of those grills with separate battery-powered ignition switches or specific burners needing to be lit first. Assembly is easy. I put mine together in my living room and wheeled it out onto the porch after (at night). But had it been during the day, would've built it outdoors. Grill is solid construction and appears sturdy. Grilled some chicken, potatoes and corn tonight (we've had rain since I bought the grill). That thing puts out nice hot flames (fire)! I had just one burner going to start the baked potatoes on medium heat and corn roasting on top shelf above. Half hour in, threw the chicken on and moved corn to direct heat, using all 4-burners. This is the perfect grill and looking forward to a busy summer with it.
