This a nice lacy top with sleeves to the elbow. It has a separate camisole underneath so it's not see through on the body - just the arms. I'm small, 4' 10" 112 lbs. and the small fit me just right. The length from shoulder to bottom is about 22". I'm busty and that part fit well also, no pulling. I actually love the top and bought it in the burgundy color also.
