Solid!

These shoes have been great to train in! They are comfortable from the first run, with no break in period needed. The cushioning feels responsive without being too soft. I like the support around the heel and the arch because it keeps my foot stable even on longer runs. They are lightweight but still feel well built and the grip gives me confidence on different surfaces. These are a solid pair of athletic shoes for everyday workouts and runs!

An awesome pair of shoes

I've been wearing these shoes for a bit more than a month now. I am a delivery driver for a living so I go through shoes fast. Normally by now the tears are half gone and I'm staying to think about new shoes. Not with these Avia though! I've seen little to no read wear and they are still feeling like the first time I put them on. They are comfortable, easy to put on, feel great and have maintained the sort I need!

Good for trail running

I will start by saying this is my first pair of trail shoes so I have no other reference. The shoes feel sturdy and rugged. Theres is definitely some weight to them. Wore the for a run today and when I was on the trail I couldn't feel rocks or anything that brushed up against them which was nice. They have a little more padding than I would like but I imagine it's for support.
