I wear an 8 1/2 regular and the 8 fits perfect. No would not fit a wide foot but does fit a regular. It's got good padding so soft on The soles. But yes the narrow straps after a full day might wear the toes.

Very cute sandal that is slip proof however I have chunky a feet and it did not fit me in width. It was digging into my skin and hurted a bit. However if you don't have wide feet these would probably fit well .
