The slippers are very comfortable. It does take a few days for the slippers to reach their highest level of comfort. While they feel ok on the first day of wear, after several days, they feel better. The slippers reduced pain in my feet. The style of large boxed toe, wide width meant nothing pressed against my feet. I have fragile skin on my legs and feet due to previous injuries that have healed long ago but left me with chronic ailments. These slippers are better than being barefoot because they protect my feet. While these slippers won't win any beauty awards, my feet look and feel better after wearing them. I noted I was in a better mood. It finally dawned on me that my feet didn't hurt. I am cranky and mean when my feet hurt. I recommend the slippers. They may not be the best looking slippers. They might be the best feeling slippers.

Just a little large in the heal area, but come winter I'll wear socks with them and everything will be fine. Very comfortable. You have to wear them a few days to literally break them because the bottoms are pretty stiff. That's good though. You can wear outside and inside which is good for us 'older' people.
