not the best durango boot...defect?

i ordered this boot. i could not believe how poorly it was made. glue shoeing,stitching and leather not adhered well. possible single boot defect?? i returned and reordered since i have never gotten a durango boot in this shape. i am hoping it was a one deal defect and not a mass production one. i hope the boots that i reordered will come looking better than the pair i returned!
