This planter came in three pieces , assembly required ; it just screws together with no tools required . A nice size 16x12 inches . It is glossy black plastic , the hard kind . Although I would prefer a taller one , this is fine. I wish it came in sets of two ! The design on the outside is nice . Suitable for inside on a porch, or outdoors on porch , patio or driveway . Live or artificial plants would look nice ; regardless I will put a little weight in the bottom to insure stability in light of storms, or wind ! I recommend, Enjoy the well packaged urn and fast shipping also !

This is a really nice urn planter. It is made of quality hard plastic. The design on the planter is exceptional. It has a medium sized planter pot which will hold a nice sized plant. I plan on putting a miniature rose in it. It should look elegant. This planter is a good value because it is sturdy and nice looking.
