where are my other pair of shorts?

I sent a message to the vendor of this item. on Walmart it is advertised that this is a two pack. I only got one pair of shorts. so this is unacceptable, not only that but it was packaged very poorly. It came in a plastic bag but nothing in between the plastic bag and the shorts. no real packaging someone could have worn them and sent them to me. so overall I am very very unsatisfied don't buy from these guys. I will update you if they make the order right
