I'm 5'5” and 176lbs and I ordered Medium. I usually do Large but I knew it was oversized so downsizing was perfect for me. Baggy enough. I got a few compliments the day I wore it - the dress is versatile, I wore it with my vans that day but you could also wear your wedge heels or your cowboy boots. Fabric is lightweight but not see through - at least on the green color. I'm 36DD and it's perfect size on the chest. If you're taller than me it'll probably be short for you.
