I have used this same cartridge for a few years now. Never lets me down. Ink is dark and consistent. Never streaks and prints out a perfect page. To save the ink I use a color setting on my word documents a little lighter than the darkest black color. This adds a little more printing per cartridge.

Exactly what I ordered. It's ink. It fits the printer and the printer prints. It is doing the job it was built for..

I only use this printer around tax time because its the one with the scanner. Considering its light use, it is worth it to me to use the OEM cartridge and not worry about compatibility etc.

I searched on the internet for my printer ink and this was the best price around and the delivery was excellent.

I revived the right cartridge for my printer, but I ordered the black 240 and received color 241. Not happy with that cause black is what I bought and needed cause I am completely out of black in my printer currently so not satisfied with receiving the wrong item

I never received the item and thought I reported never receiving it no one has reached to make it right.

I ordered a replacement cartridge for my Canon printer. Although the replacement was labeled the correct brand, model and size, when I inserted it into the printer, I received an "error" light on my printer and it would not print. After reinserting several times and following troubleshooting suggestions, it still didn't work. I removed the new cartridge and put the old cartridge back in. It then worked fine. I will add that I have replaced the ink cartridges in this machine several times before, with no problem. I feel, therefore that it is a problem with the replacement, and not the printer.
