no frills, but very functional

These boots are basic, as the title indicates. There is a very thin fabric liner and no insert in the bottom of the boot. They are similar to a "jelly" shoe. I prefer the interior without the liner and insert, as my kids always just lose them and they get sand under them, etc. These are great for playing in the mud.

These rain boots are to only cute, but work great! My 5 year old daughter loves them! Their customer service was also awesome! I went into the store to pick them up. They were fast to look for my box and also opened the box to try them on right there and then. I highly recommend Walmart!
