when it says true to size it's not far fetched. I have to wear thin socks otherwise it fits too tight. wearing no socks is ok but after a few hours the neoprene part chafes your ankles. flipside is id rather buy and use these rather than but other hiking shoes for quadruple it's price

I honestly love these hiking shoes. The color looks great in person, and they're completely waterproof, which is a huge plus. They're incredibly comfortable and have the perfect amount of squeeze—secure without feeling tight. As a heavier, heavyset guy, it's hard to find shoes that actually feel supportive, but these do the job perfectly. They're easily some of the most comfortable shoes I've put on my body in a long time, especially since I usually buy cheaper shoes. These feel like a major upgrade, and I couldn't be happier with them.
