Your receipt is required to file a claim, but we can save it for you in case you ever need to file a claim in the future using any of these options:

   • Take a picture of your receipt with your smartphone and text the photo to 202202.
   • You will receive a verification text confirming that we have received your receipt.
2. Save your receipt by creating an account at WalmartProtection.com.
3. Register by calling 1-877-538-4389.

First, find the plan you want to transfer here Click on the plan you want to transfer Then, click the “Transfer Plan” button at the bottom of the Plan Details page and follow the prompts.

No, you do not need to register your plan. However, your receipt is required to file a claim - so registering now can save time if you ever need to file a claim in the future using any of these options:

During the first 30 days of your protection plan: If the protection plan was purchased at a Walmart store, bring the original receipt for your plan to Customer Service in store for a full refund. If the protection plan was purchased online, you can visit Walmart.com/account to start your return if you are also returning the eligible purchased item. You will need to log into your account and find the item in your purchase history. Note: the protection plan refund will be handled separately. If you wish to return only the protection plan and not the eligible item, start the return online and complete it in store at Customer Service, or bring your digital or physical receipt to the store. After the first 30 days of your plan: You can cancel it here.You will receive a prorated refund from Allstate, less than the cost of any service received.

Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts 90 days to one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service.
