The item arrived as expected and was dropped off at the condo door. The item should have been dropped off at the 2nd floor office. If we hadn't been on site to bring it into the condo someone could have walked off with the item. The installation was fairly easy, although the displays had been previously numbered from the previous installation. The cables needed to be plugged into the back of the device according to how they were previously numbered. By correcting that minor item all are working as expected.
