Excellent support

Excellent support even after warranty. The email response is almost immediate and provided useful suggestions. My audio jack was not working for one laptop connected to docking station but another laptop did not have issue. Sam suggested unstailling and reinstall the driver which i did. Audio worked after reinstallation and rebooting.

Nice Docking Station

I bought this to support multiple HDMI monitors and a Mac laptop. I also have my Jabra, Logi camera and beats connected via USB. Everything I need in one docking station. Easy to set up and support is fast and professional. Highly Recommend.

Excellent product and the company stands behind it

I purchased my Plugable Docking station a few months ago. It was easy to set up and worked great. I use it to connect to my laptop and a second monitor along with several other devices (keyboard, mouse, external drive, ethernet cable and two types of printers). After a few month, something happend and all of a sudden my laptop didn't recognize it. I did some initial troubleshooting online with no luck, so I reached out to the company. They worked with me, running some debugging reports and eventually sent me a whole new docking station and followed up with me to make sure everything worked. The product and customer service have been amazing and I definitely recomment them.
