Through this female USB Type-A to male USB Type-C adapter cable, you can plug basically any legacy USB 1.1, 2.0, or 3.0 device you own into your new USB-C equipped phone, tablet, or laptop. The cable is passive and only converts the connector type. Because of this there shouldn’t be any signal interference, degradation, or timing issues associated with active cables and the USB signal is unaffected. Just a clean, well shielded, straight-through cable Cable Length 7.5 inches / 200mm (including connectors) Compatibility Compatible with any computer equipped with USB Type-C (USB-C) ports. Phones and tablets with USB-C may not have the neccessary drivers or power for attached legacy USB device. This cable does not support the USB-IF BC 1.2 standard.
