At just 0.25 inches long by 0.5 inches wide when plugged into a USB port, the USB-WIFINT is barely noticeable. With its low profile, no worries about the adapter snapping off from an accidental nudge. You won't even need to unplug it before stuffing your laptop PC into your backpack or totebag.
Ideal for wireless connections where line-of-sight to access point is available. Consider "high-gain" adapters instead for applications where signal quality is important.

Fixed my problem
After upgrading my older laptop to Windows 10, I was unable to obtain a driver for the wireless adapter on the motherboard. Popped this little jewel into one of the USB ports on the back and within a couple of minutes I was on the network. So tiny it doesn't need to ever be removed, too, so convenient even in the laptop's case.

Got this to replace the Wi-Fi card in my Leveno laptop that failed. It saved me from having to open up the PC to replace the defective Wi-Fi card. This is truly a plug and play device. It connected to my network immediately and provided reliable internet. Funny thing happened though. After a week or two, the internal card sparked back to life. I am using it instead of this. But, now I have a reliable Wi-Fi connector if I should run into this problem again. You can't beat the price either.

Worked great. I have Windows 10 and the instructions stated the drivers were already loaded for the adapter in Windows 10. They weren't, however I loaded them from the mini CD provided and they worked fine. The adapter is small and you don't even notice it being in the USB port. Has good range.
