this dual recliner i bought has been very disappo[nting to me. i received it on jan.1,2026. i have tried to contact them since i got it but BINGTOO has not responded at all. i buy a lot from WALMART, but i will never order anything from this company again... i am very upset with this no responses from anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

Need to return the barber chair because the seat will not lock in place and one is forced to lay back. The leaver has been sautered so it's useless. The advertisement of the chair's functionality is false.
